Comfortable Security Systems

This update is buggy and crashes immediately if I chose the 9 display option. Also, this update removed the "balanced" option for the video quality. I hope the developer can fix this soon as it seems like a step backward.

After the update, the live view couldnt be viewed again. Keeps saying error for some reason. I reinstalled it and reentered everything and still broken. Please fix!

Ever since this app was updated it works 10% of the time, if that. I would love to know if there is another app that could be used instead.

These people are retarded and cant use a phone app. Fantastic app I use it everyday.

Was sketchy with frequent inabilities to connect. Now its useless and wont connect over LAN or WAN. The desktop version is much better. THIS app is junk and amounts to false advertising. But, its a free app. So, all you lose is your time. Unfortunately, time is our most valuable asset.

The App does not work. The worst customer service I have experienced, ever. I would never recommend this company or this App.

I have had ZERO problems running this app on iPhone or iPad. I use it to monitor operations in my Milwaukee restaurant daily.

Now I cant dial in my cameras. It just flys around at the slightest touch

Should not have to do a thing. Brovision should be on top of this issue and get it corrected ASAP. I always wait a few weeks or longer before doing updates, always read reviews first in case of issues like this.

Please fix asap. The app had worked fine before the latest update but now it crashes all the time.

Please fix this app asap. This app was working fine, but on October 14th I updated it, and now it doesnt open. Also, I dont see this app in App Store. What is going on?????

Updated on my IPad 10-14-15 and it cannot be opened. When is the fix? This is unacceptable.

For everybody having connection problems I think I fixed mine. On your home wifi go to whatsmyip.org. This will display your internet IP address, see if it matches the address in your app settings. Somehow mine got changed around the time I did the update.

Wish I could see more than one camera on playback,

Before the update it was working fine, now the app does not work. It will show live feed when it wants to. Before the update it was consistent now get errors when I try to view my cams.

NVMS7000 is a great app that works very well for me. I have 16 cameras and I find that it is fast and feature rich. Is there room for improvement? Probably but most everything is there already. But I dont know why others are complaining, Im very satisfied. Im using an iPhone 6S+. Maybe that has something to do with it since the older phones are a lot less powerful and this app may require a lot of horsepower to run properly.

The needs to be refreshed 75% of the time. I rarely get to see the cameras on the first try. I constantly has a problem connecting. Ridiculous.
