Great app very useful for my business and recovering videos from weeks before. Can be made quicker and would like to be able to customize more

Im able to view my cameras via the app. This is useless and disappointing. I regret buying this entire system.

App is working ok only few problems: notifications numbers on the app icon I can get rid of the numbers, video recoding is not working, picture snap only in clear mode thats all for now. Thanks.

I like the fact that it shows clearly,but hate the fact that it cant zoom in and thats one factor I would love for the developers to look into.

Using on iPhone 6s. There are several issues with this app which needs to be fixed: 1) allow for quick 25 sec or 30 sec rewind for a single camera in love view. 2) once videos are recorded and saved within the app, allow this videos to be exported in the camera-roll of my phone. 3) allow for touch and zoom. Much easier as opposed to clicking on the zoom button. 4) allow for faster watching of previously recorded videos. Currency the speed options are 2x and 4x. Please give us 8 and 16x.

Cant get past the passcode step to see cameras anymore - program is asking for what region no clue what this means. ??????

The app was working fine when I first got it. Then I updated and it was downhill from there. Cant see my cameras!

An update was made that would not allow the app to work. The app icon turned from red to blue color. I was finally able to get past the first screen and I had to re-enter all codes again.

I am an security integrator and have used many CCTV Apps. This app is fantastic and has many more features and functions then any other I have seen. If you are having issues setting up then I would suggest contacting your security company to help you. It would also be good for anyone using this app to review the Help tab under Configuration.

I have had 4 different branded camera systems as and I feel that I finally found one I will stick with. This app has a lot of features. Only one feature not great is how it rewinds and fast forwards recorded video as its really touchy using the slide bar, but everything else is A+!

Woke up this morning and app is now blue & I cant see any of my cameras. I can still access on my iPad but not on my iPhone. App worked fine yesterday with no issues. My husband has the same phone as mine and his is still red and working fine.

The app opens but cannot get past "region" on my iPhone. The app worked fine when it was red. It seems to be fine on my iPad but does not work on my iPhone. Please fix soon.

Same here. Doesnt work since update. App was red now blue. Cant save wifi passwords so cant connect to see cameras. (iphone 6) We have only had this system for little over a month (+/-) and this feature is the main reason we purchased. Please fix !!!

I can only see cameras when Im home & not remotely. Website no longer works either since theyve done the upgrade. Cant figure out how to contact support

Today I went to the app to look and my cameras and it didnt load. What could be the problem ?

Do not update!!!! I just did and lost around 35 server settings and passwords. Now everything says "null"
